  1. How do I use MLS?
    Go to www.alllasvegashomes.com. On the left side of the page you click on "Search MLS"

    If you are searching for a home or condo/town home, click on single family residential.

    When you are putting the price range in, drop the last 3 digits. (Example) you are looking for 200,000 to 300,000 you will type it in 200 to 300 and then you will make sure the box that says in 000's is checked.

    Put your area numbers in that you are interested in. Realtors search by area numbers. They are as follows.
    101-- Commonly referred to as "West Side"
    102-- NW Centennial Hills
    103-- City of N. Las Vegas (Aliante and Eldorado area)
    201-- City of N. Las Vegas (older parts of N. LV)
    202-204 -- East Side
    301-302-- South Side
    303-- South West ( Silverado Ranch area)
    400's --North West (404 Summerlin area)
    500's-- SE & SW
    600's-- Henderson (601-602 Green Valley) 606 (Anthem,Seven Hills area)
    700's--Boulder City
    800-- Mesquite
    801-- Muddy River,Moapa, Glendale,Logandale,Overton.
    802-- Mt. Charleston/Lee Canyon
    803-- Indian Springs/Cold Creek
    804-- Mountain Springs
    805-- Blue Diamond
    806-- Prim/Jean/Goodsprings
    807-- Sandy Valley
    808-- Laughlin
    809-- Other Clark County areas
    810-- Pahrump
    811-- Nye County
    812-- Lincoln County
    813-- Other Nevada areas
    900-- Outside Nevada

    * To select more than one area at a time, hold the CTRL and click with the mouse at the same time.*

    Put the rest of your Criteria in and at the bottom of the page put how many properties you want displayed per page.

    * "Er" and "EA" Means the property is active on the market *

    "Contingency" = Under contract but is contingent upon inspections, appraisal or the sale of another home.

    " Pending" Under Contract and waiting for a closing date.
