Work Card Information

The work card statute has been in effect since 1947, and requires that all employees who work on the premises where liquor and gaming are present must obtain a work card.

Work card issuance is regulated by Clark County & the City of Las Vegas The purpose of the work card is to document, investigate and license all employees of the gaming and liquor industry, as well as those employees involved with a privileged business.

You must have a signed referral slip from your prospective employer before applying for a Work Card.
