Date: 8-22-09 4:34 pm I wondered if anyone went to this auction and knows the results or prices these properties brought at the auction held on August 16. Any information would be greatly appreciated. |

Date: 8-24-09 2:40 am I saw something about this on TV. They didn't go into much detail but said one guy got one for $160,000. Said is was earlier valued at $350,000 what ever that means. I think these were converted apartments. Frank |

The event, hosted by [url]www.auction.com[/url] was held this morning at Palace Station Hotel and Casino. The condos up for bid are from The Monterey at the Las Vegas Country Club. [COLOR="Red"][B] Many of the condos initially sold for a half a million dollars, but bids started as low as $39,000.[/B][/COLOR] Im still trying to find out the exact results but no return call yet. Frank and I went to MGM Signature auction and starting price was like 50,000 and I think the cheapest one was somewhere around 150,00 .

Date: 8-24-09 11:27 am I just talked to someone in the media who covered it and he said he cant tell us what the cheapest one went for without doing a lot of research since he covers so many auctions. Another Realtor I know said he is not sure of exact price but cheapest one was over a 100,000 .
