Date: 10-5-09 12:01 am Just finished a RE deal with Rhonda and I sure came away happy! Competing against the cash-paying investors was not easy, but Rhonda's persistence sure paid off. I was not sure about living in Centennial Hills, but once she got me out there I decided it was not as far as I thought. And making my first 20 mile trek to the Strip in 35 minutes sure convinced me I had not made a mistake. The first time I met Cory, the loan officer she works with, and I told him Rhonda referred me, he said "Oh Rhonda, she's a bulldog." He turned out to be a big help and I feel he did his best to get me the best rate. Also the home inspection guy she uses was very helpful along with doing his job. He offered for me to contact him whenever if any Q's or if any referrals needed. I have not had a need for the handyman she uses, but would not hesistate to contact him too. Also day or so after signing the loan docs, I get a call first thing in the a.m. at work from Cory that there is a problem. The rinky-dink law office/escrow company (we had to use the sellers) screwed things up (the lady leaves voicemail at my home that morning "so sorry I made a mistake... please bring us in $1,000.00"). By the end of the day Rhonda & Cory had worked the phones & email and got it fixed so I did not owe any extra $$$ after all. I did appreciate that effort! From the mountain view in the front yard to the view of the sunrise from the mstr bedroom window, I could not be happier with the home Rhonda helped me find after looking at 30+ homes and losing out on a few bids. Thanks much Rhonda! I'd sure suggest anyone to use her services and the folks she can refer you too. |

Date: 10-5-09 11:47 pm LOL Steve......."bulldog" I told Cory one day cant you find a sweeter cuter dog to compare me to?, but I don't think he thinks I'm to sweet LOL. You were a lot of fun to work with and we both have so much of the same taste as far as decorating . I was surprised to see how much you did to your new house so soon after closing... but cant wait to see the finished product. I have to admit I was very angry about the 1,000 mistake and was so glad Cory and I could resolve that issue for you. Thank you for giving me the chance to work for you and I would love any referrals you can send my way. Good luck with your new house.:smile:
