Date: 11-18-09 3:56 pm Ok, so I have an internship at a law office in Vegas starting in January. I will be moving out there with my fiance the last week of December. We have been researching apartments online for a while now. I have checked out apartmentratings.com, but it seems like EVERY apartment complex in vegas gets AWFUL ratings...so I feel as if apartmentratings.com isn't the best source to use. So if anyone could give me some advice, I would GREATLY appreciate it! We are going to be in Vegas for a couple days next week and would like to know which places are worth while looking at. We are looking for something under $700/month and have narrowed our choices down a little bit. Here is a list of what we have: 1. Sterling Court Apartments (5500 Mountain Vista) 2. Eagle Crest (5850 Sky Pointe Dr) 3. Heritage Estates (4870 Nellis Oasis Ln) 4. Renaissance Villas (5419 W Tropicana Ave) 5. Allanza at the Lakes (8600 Starboard Drive) 6. Avion at Sunrise Mountain (6901 Lake Mead Blvd) 7. Silverwood Apartments (3050 S Nellis Blvd) 8. Camden Breeze (7101 Smoke Ranch Rd) -however, I noticed on the Camden website that it says there is a $360 administrative fee (not even the deposit! Ridiculous!)......so I'm thinking Camden Breeze is out! If you guys could give me ANY information about any of these places, that would be GREAT!!!!
